We are acclimating to the weather here. Who knew that the Kandern pool had such and awesome kids section? And who also knew that Kandern in and of itself has such bad playgrounds. The New York contingent arrived a few days ago and we've been enjoying some great times with opa, oma, oom jurjen, tante Daniela oom timon and Nico. Layna hiked to a castle today and we pretended that princess Julia and princess Sophia used to live there (two made up characters that I'm often asked to make stories up about). We are tired. I'm nervous about Rwanda but also trying to relax. It's a good place to be and it makes me sad to know that we are leaving it so soon. (apparently standing with parted legs and arms crossed is a "typical" Munting stance. I had no clue until I saw the pic below)
