37! happy birthday to my wonderful partner in crime! I realized the other day that we are two of the oldest people working at the elementary and high school (teachers that is). That was a revelation for me and it has prompted much thinking of how/when did we get old? I guess I will always feel younger then I am. I keep thinking that we are all around the same age, but no. Most of the people here are 3-5 years younger then me which makes them a (gulp) almost decade younger then Kimi...
Don't have any life altering insights into this other then that we should really be starting to get to work on the IRA and retirement thing. I mean really.
What can I say when it comes to being young at heart, Kimi has me beat by a mile. I had to literally pull him from a four square game (didn't we play that in elementary school?) with his students the other day to go home. beat.
I had to watch him do the silly dance with his kids in class the other day. beat.
He was asked by a parent if he was one of the highschool students. beat.
He gets most excited about watching a bug eat another bug. beat.
SO happy birthday to a wonderful man. Here's to hoping for another healthy 37!
