Why mom? What's it like? But what does that mean?Did he do anything wrong? It becomes difficult explaining right and wrong when it's not clear cut especially when you have a five year old who wants a clear cut answer.....
On a lighter note: We are turning into a farm. We now have a puppy. The puppy was found being swung by a paw. Someone intervened. They already have a dog. We don't. It's a pretty good idea to have one etc....so there you go. The tail is missing fur, it's leg is missing skin...so a true rwandan bush dog. The cat is currently more fierce then the dog and driving me insane. Hopefully the two of them won't kill each other (and I do mean that literally). Jonah has no fear. Cat claws and all. He picks him up and dumps him down. I love animals but I'm not an animal lover if that makes sense. The first sign of nipping towards the kids and they're out. So far the dog (minnie) seems to think she's a lap dog. The cat (sunny - yes they were named by the kids) is like a psycho cat on steroids. She climbed a pillar the other day that is metal. Don't know how...
Speaking of Pillars that are metal. Layna is in serious need of a jungle gymn. We had dinner at someones house yesterday and I look over and she has climbed with her bare hands to the top of a pole....Look mom, Brandweer man sam (fireman sam). Mom, I need a playground. I want to go back to seattle. There are no playgrounds here. True. Very true. But:
I caught you climbing up the window
I caught you on top of the bookcase
I caught you climbing up this pole
I caught you balancing on a wall that was really just too high for you....
I think you're doing just fine finding entertainment.....but I hear you...I miss Seattle too.
